All lashes are final sale and cannot be cancelled once placed, We do not accept returns or exchanges, due to sanitary reasons.

If a product is damaged ( manufacturing damage), we will take responsibility and replace it once evidence of the damaged product is provided and item is shipped back to us ( we are not responsibe for shipping charge ) We cannot replace or exchange used items.

If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to us, you are responsible for extra shipping fee in order for us to ship it again.
