•  All lashes are final sale and cannot be cancelled once placed, We do not accepct returns or exchnges, due to sanitary reasons.
• If a product is damaged ( manufacturing damage), we will take responsibility and replace it once evidence of the damaged product is provided and item is shpped back to us ( we are not responsibe for shipping charge ) We cannot replace or exchange used items.
• No refund under any circumtances. ( SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDALBE )
• If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is deliverd back to us, you are responsible for extra shipping fee in order for us to ship it again.

We work from Monday-Friday and orders ship out same day if order is placed before 3pm.  If orders are placed after 3pm they will be shipped out next business day.
